Service Manager — Building Maintenance

• advise the Community Manager
• supervise and evaluate maintenance personnel
• requisition supplies and equipment
• maintain work and cost records
• inspect systems and property for function, safety, and code compliance
• supervise outside contractors
• maintain grounds and common areas
• manage tools and maintenance shops
• use company software to schedule and track tasks
• remain available for emergencies as supervisor.
