• Manage projects from conceptual phase through turnover and startup
• lead preconstruction schedules and milestones
• conduct constructability reviews
• coordinate early field activities
• prepare estimates and job budgets
• evaluate subcontractor proposals and scope gaps
• develop value-engineering alternatives
• coordinate bid solicitation and packages
• facilitate preconstruction meetings
• communicate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• identify and mitigate project risks.
