The Daycare Assistant Teacher – Closing Shift role is onsite in Lake Dallas, TX, with pay of $14.00–$17.00 per hour. The Learning Experience’s early childhood center serves children from infancy through preschool and focuses on joyful, engaging early education. The assistant teacher supports age-appropriate learning, classroom safety, and children’s development while working with families and fellow teachers. The closing schedule helps maintain classroom support through the center’s weekday closing time.

• Help deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• follow classroom standards and protocols for clean, safe, organized spaces
• monitor children’s growth and milestones
• share daily updates and moments with families through the mobile app

Why this role
