What you'll do

• Manage maintenance technicians
• oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and HVAC work
• coordinate contractors and make-ready vendors
• manage service requests, preventive maintenance, and special projects
• oversee the facility budget
• submit weekly reports
• and manage and carry out the 24-hour emergency maintenance schedule.
