What you'll do

• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial and commercial clients
• prospect through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• maintain a qualified lead pipeline
• conduct onsite meetings and collaborate with the Commercial Estimator on proposals
• communicate project expectations
• represent the company at industry events and trade shows
• track sales metrics and prepare weekly reports
• coordinate with marketing, production, and job-site staff.
