Account Executive, Catalyst Marketing

The Account Executive role is hybrid in Austin, TX. Base salary is $70,000–$90,000 per year, with an uncapped commission plan and on-target earnings of 2x base salary. Catalyst is expanding sales of branding, paid media, SEO, and web development services to multifamily, build-to-rent, senior living, and related corporate real estate businesses. The role exists to build new business and durable recurring revenue by managing the full sales cycle. The account executive develops and maintains a pipeline, consults with decision-makers, represents Catalyst at industry conferences, and works with the President on territory strategy, pricing, and go-to-market priorities.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a $500K pipeline
• manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through signature
• conduct consultative sales with multifamily operators, asset management firms, and real estate-adjacent brands
• represent Catalyst at industry conferences
