Remote eCommerce Customer Service Representative

The role supports the eCommerce customer experience by coordinating with distribution and corporate teams and handling order, return, credit, and fraud-review processes.

What you'll do

• Answer customer inquiries about online orders, order placement, and product performance
• follow issues through resolution, including replacement orders, return instructions, and online credits
• process eCommerce order exceptions
• research potential fraud cases
• coordinate with the distribution center and corporate eCommerce team
• prepare cash refund checks or issue appeasements and maintain audit information
• communicate professionally and resolve customer concerns.
