What you'll do

• Respond to prospective and current residents by phone, email, and in person
• address inquiries and concerns and follow Fair Housing requirements. Conduct property tours and market available units through advertising channels, social media, and online listings. Process applications and screening checks, prepare lease documents, maintain records, and collect payments and deposits. Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections, submit maintenance requests, and inspect common areas and vacant units.
