Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team and guest concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• prepare reports
• support food safety practices
• and help implement action plans.
