What you'll do

• Teach assigned esthiology classes under the Education Coach and Program Team Lead
• teach skincare theory, treatments, techniques, products, and professional practices
• maintain an inclusive learning environment
• demonstrate and reinforce sanitation, safety, and infection-control practices
• evaluate student work and provide feedback
• stay current on esthetics trends and standards
• manage classroom activities
• reinforce school policies and applicable regulations
• coach and mentor students.
