Insurance Customer Service Representative

The Insurance Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Miami, FL. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Service commercial and personal property and casualty insurance
• manage the agency book of business
• assist office staff in maintaining and procuring opportunities within the client base
• keep clients’ insurance needs in focus
• communicate with clients and listen to their concerns.
