What you'll do

• Support recruiting, workforce management, employee relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records
• communicate policies and programs and support regulatory compliance
• advise managers and employees
• analyze trends and develop workforce plans
• conduct applicant interviews as needed and potentially participate in job fairs, college recruitment, and open houses
• facilitate performance management
• maintain employee records and salary adjustments
• assist with payroll preparation and job description updates
• respond to unemployment claims and coordinate hearings when necessary
• serve on the community’s QAPI committee.
