Partner Engagement Specialist — Christian Ministry

By documenting conversations, responding to partner needs, and referring those seeking deeper engagement to the Philanthropy team, the role helps supporters remain connected to the ministry.

What you'll do

• Make proactive outbound calls to ministry partners to express appreciation and strengthen relationships
• share approved campaigns, matching gift opportunities, and special appeals
• reconnect with partners whose giving has lapsed or declined
• use active listening and prayer when appropriate
• assist with recurring gift changes, renewals, and additional gifts while respecting preferences
• refer partners to the Philanthropy team when appropriate
• document conversations and follow-up in the partner database.
