What you'll do

• accommodate dietary needs and preferences
• review menus and production sheets
• maintain a clean kitchen
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• monitor temperatures and complete documentation
• assist with supplies and inventory
• work with dining services staff
• assist with special events and resident programs as needed.
