The supervisor provides clinical leadership during assigned shifts, coordinating nursing care and supporting staff to promote safe resident outcomes. The role monitors resident conditions, ensures care plans and facility procedures are followed, and communicates with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities
- provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
- monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
- ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
- communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs
- prioritize care for multiple residents
- support nursing regulations and safety standards
- promote teamwork and professional leadership.
