The Licensed Mental Health Therapist is an onsite role based in Shadyside, PA. Compensation is $45 – $53 per billable unit, and this position supports the behavioral health department at New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network. This role exists to provide high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy to individuals and families. The therapist contributes to the team by conducting assessments, developing comprehensive treatment and crisis plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster client healing and resilience.

What you'll do

• Conduct strength-based assessments
• provide individual and family therapy
• develop crisis, safety, and wellness plans
• participate in case consultations
• complete billing and documentation
• collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinical staff.
