What you'll do

• Review AI-agent attempts at CDI and coding tasks
• verify that codes, queries, holds, DRG recalculations, notes, and CDI reviews are completed and recorded
• identify fabricated or overstated work and verify cited records and figures
• assess completeness and whether the correct action was applied to the correct chart
• write specific agree-or-disagree rationales.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of professional experience in inpatient hospital CDI, inpatient DRG coding or auditing, or clinical-documentation denial management; current or recent ICD-10-CM/PCS and MS-DRG experience; and a relevant credential such as CCDS, CDIP, CCS, RHIA/RHIT, or RN with CDI experience, or equivalent.
