What you'll do

• Assess consumer medical concerns and incoming records
• keep physician orders for therapy services updated every 90 days
• provide routine and emergency first aid nursing care
• maintain medical forms, charts, and immunization records
• complete required reports
• provide nursing in-services
• coordinate with physicians, families, staff, and community agencies
• review incident reports and address medication errors.

Why this role
