What you'll do

• Partner with the Practice Manager to oversee hospital operations
• lead, mentor, train, and develop veterinarians and staff
• support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• enforce practice protocols and medical standards
• oversee scheduling, workflow, and staffing
• lead doctor meetings
• support marketing initiatives and financial goals
• provide veterinary care and client service
• perform diagnostic workups, examinations, treatment planning, prescribing, surgery, and dental procedures
• maintain medical and controlled-substance records
• develop and enforce standard operating procedures and training.
