The Systems Administration SME, Manufacturing Systems role is hybrid, with onsite work in Norton, MA three days per week. Compensation is $90,764–$131,685 per year. The role provides administration and technical leadership for manufacturing and operational technology systems, helping maintain availability, performance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management. It also supports system improvements and cross-department projects so clients can operate reliable, compliant manufacturing systems.

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor manufacturing systems and related infrastructure
• resolve application, connectivity, interface, and integration issues
• support upgrades, patches, enhancements, and lifecycle activities
• coordinate with IT, network, database, automation, and vendor teams, including off-hours support when required
• support incident, problem, change, access review, audit, and recovery activities
• participate in or lead system project phases
• translate requirements into configurations, specifications, and test plans
• execute system testing and coordinate deployments
• maintain technical and operational documentation
• support GMP/GxP, data integrity, audits, investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
• support manufacturing hardware deployment and lifecycle management.
