Senior Vice President of Engagement

What you'll do

• Develop engagement strategy and advise the President and CEO
• set measurable goals and oversee budgets
• lead membership recruitment, retention, and re-engagement
• oversee marketing, communications, public relations, brand, and digital engagement
• improve member experience using data and technology
• supervise and develop teams
• and coordinate with government affairs and public policy staff. The description estimates travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina at around 50%.
