Assistant Service Advisor

Job overview

The Assistant Service Advisor role is onsite in Millersville, MD, primarily between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. with an hour lunch; exceptions may apply. Compensation is $32,000–$60,000 per year. The role supports Auto Sense Auto Service Center’s customer service and appointment operations. The assistant helps customers and service advisors stay informed throughout service visits by managing inquiries, appointments, records, and follow-up. Accurate communication and documentation support customer satisfaction and smooth coordination among clients, technicians, and advisors.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text
• maintain customer records and CRM data
• process point-of-sale transactions
• schedule and confirm service appointments
• log customer interactions and follow-ups
• order and return parts
• assist service advisors with calls and relay communications between technicians, clients, and advisors.
