Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and inquiries
• take calls from technicians and delivery drivers and provide service and dispatch support
• schedule and dispatch service and delivery calls
• provide information using software or other appropriate means
• enter customer information and account charges or credits
• file customer documentation
• perform other assigned duties.
