What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, train, and develop housekeeping and laundry employees
• manage schedules, assignments, staffing, and resources
• plan for arrivals, departures, deep cleans, and projects
• inspect properties and reinforce standards
• manage linen and supply inventory
• coordinate with Operations and other departments
• oversee vendors and departmental costs
• and improve procedures and documentation.
