IT Technician – Credit Union Locations

Job overview

The IT Technician is an onsite, full-time role based in Seymour or Salem, IN, with regular travel to other assigned Beacon Credit Union locations. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot office hardware and cabling
• assist users with technical issues
• configure and install computers, thin clients, monitors, network infrastructure, copiers, and peripherals
• install and upgrade operating systems and software
• assist with hardware troubleshooting, cable testing, and phone/video deployments
• complete technical training.

Why this role

Standard hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday, with a rotating Saturday morning shift from 9 a.m.–noon, currently 1–2 Saturdays per month; occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required. Regular travel to assigned Indiana offices is required.
