The Part-Time Sales & Social Media / Community Growth Coordinator role is onsite in Austin, TX. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour, with a performance-based bonus. D1 Training Jollyville is seeking to grow its fitness community online and in person. The coordinator follows up with leads, converts prospects into appointments and memberships, and creates social content featuring athletes, coaches, workouts, and the community. The role supports membership growth through sales outreach, online engagement, and local events.

What you'll do

• Make 175 or more outbound calls per day
• follow up with leads and convert them into appointments and memberships
• build relationships with prospective athletes and families
• identify client goals and recommend programs
• address objections and close sales
• maintain lead notes
• create content
• manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• respond to comments and direct messages
• represent D1 at local events.
