What you'll do

• Assess customer needs and recommend aligned products and services
• lead technical customer discussions
• identify challenges and develop customized solutions
• conduct cost-savings and business analysis
• coordinate solutions with internal teams and manufacturers
• manage implementation plans and timelines
• follow up after implementation
• stay current on metalworking trends, technologies, cutting tools, machine tool applications, and MRO
• educate customers on new technologies
• identify nonstandard solutions when needed
• expand customer knowledge and use of E&R products and services.
