The Scheduler — Oncology Clinical Research role is onsite in West Valley City, Utah; compensation is not specified. The schedule is 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday. The START Center for Cancer Research conducts early-phase oncology clinical trials and describes its mission as “Hope Through Access.” The scheduler coordinates study-specific appointments and procedures and completes related administrative work to support patient care and clinic operations. The role helps patients and care teams stay coordinated through scheduling, authorization follow-up, referral management, and accurate electronic medical records.

What you'll do

• Manage study-specific schedules, appointments, radiology procedures, and hotel bookings
• ensure prior authorizations are completed
• schedule follow-up and treatment appointments
• manage referrals, consults, no-shows, calls, and rescheduling
• maintain electronic medical records
• communicate respectfully with patients and visitors
• support quality improvement and ongoing training.
