The Field Collector role is onsite in Columbia, SC, with office hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with one weekday off and Sundays off. Pay is $18.00–$22.68 per hour. RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of tires and custom wheels focused on serving customers. The role exists to maintain customer relationships and support agreement renewals and prompt payments through customer contact, issue resolution, and field follow-up. It contributes to weekly goals while helping customers address expired agreements.

What you'll do

• Review applications
• contact customers and references about expired agreements
• listen and help resolve issues
• support renewals and prompt payment
• schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins
• and conduct field product pickups and door hangers.
