What you'll do

• Design and implement security and cloud-connectivity solutions
• lead deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations
• develop capacity planning and performance-monitoring strategies
• troubleshoot critical incidents and support major outages and cybersecurity events
• manage devices under client security and change policies
• maintain configuration files, IP addressing, and the CMDB
• follow change-management processes
• analyze network data to limit outages and optimize utilization
• and respond to alerts.
