Maintenance Technician, Valley Terrace

What you'll do

• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
• plan and schedule repairs
• perform landscaping, painting, carpentry, equipment repair, and electrical maintenance
• inspect buildings and mechanical systems for health and safety compliance
• support ventilation and refrigeration systems
• maintain heating and plumbing systems
• inspect alarm and fire-protection systems and arrange repairs
• perform pest-control activities.
