What you'll do

• Spray gelcoat to specified film thickness, color, and quality standards
• verify thickness with a mil gauge
• apply nonskid and textured finishes
• coordinate cure timing and handoffs with lamination
• document batches and conditions
• support re-spray work and track recurring defects
• maintain spray equipment and air supply
• inspect parts and correct root causes
• handle materials and waste according to safety procedures.
