What you'll do

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
• manage infrastructure and related processes
• monitor and resolve issues across client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• provide Tier I and Tier 2 support
• communicate escalations and status
• support dispatch-system and hardware issue resolution
• configure and manage Unix and Windows systems
• install operating system software
• maintain system integrity and network components
• improve reliability and performance
• perform capacity analysis and planning.
