What you'll do

• Analyze business performance and advise general managers on financial decisions, risks, and opportunities
• monitor KPIs and operational performance
• supervise month-end close and timely reporting
• ensure accurate financial statements and policy adherence
• participate in inventory counts and reconciliations
• assist with budgets and forecasts
• document controls and support SOX compliance and audits
• allocate work among direct reports.
