What you'll do

• Visit each assigned market center at least two days per month
• provide leadership and support for operational, financial, and leadership standards
• develop and execute merchandise, operational, and customer-service strategies
• oversee onboarding for general managers and optometrists
• work with Human Resources on staffing, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations
• evaluate talent and succession readiness
• resolve operational exceptions
• facilitate process improvement
• monitor competition
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company safety standards.
