What you'll do

• Maintain daily tardiness and absenteeism calendars
• prepare nursing schedules and coordinate requests to ensure unit coverage
• consult nursing staff and supervisors about staffing needs
• assist employees with time-request forms
• contact employees to keep worksheets and schedules current
• answer employee calls about staffing and scheduling.
