The role also supports training materials, audit readiness, and coordination with Production, Quality, and Safety teams.

What you'll do

• Facilitate onboarding and operational training
• review work instructions, SOPs, forms, food safety, allergen, cGMP, safety, and quality requirements
• maintain training records and upload documentation
• support audit readiness
• coach employees on equipment operation, process flow, safety, and documentation
• assist with curriculum and training material updates
• provide feedback on training effectiveness.
