What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• support personalized care plans and resident independence
• administer medications within certification and scope of practice
• observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
• document services provided or declined
• build relationships with residents and families
• participate in community activities and wellness programs
• collaborate with Health & Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams.
