What you'll do

• Provide non-clinical peer support, encouragement, education, and recovery navigation
• build peer-to-peer relationships
• coordinate with the SUD treatment team
• connect individuals with community resources
• support people during incarceration and after release
• help individuals engage in treatment and work toward long-term recovery
• maintain patient confidentiality and use electronic medical records as needed.
