What you'll do

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks according to menus and serving sizes
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and childcare food-program requirements
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• monitor inventory and report supply needs
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• follow allergy and dietary procedures
• complete food-service records.
