What you'll do

• Welcome guests and owners in the lobby and direct them to check-in or check-out
• lead warm transfers to the In-House Vacation Station and maintain the rotation log
• assist with pre-gifting by selling tickets and updating guest notes
• follow departmental policies and assist with additional requests from leaders.
