Account Executive — Home Care

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage the sales process from prospecting through strategic account management
• assess client needs, present services, consult with clients and families, and follow up
• develop quarterly business plans
• meet admission and revenue objectives
• explain non-medical home care services and address objections
• maintain sales activity in CRM software
• collaborate with Intake and Case Management
• monitor competitors and market trends
• represent the company as a home care resource. Requires 2–3 years of measured sales and marketing or private-pay healthcare success, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CRM experience, bilingual Spanish and English, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
