Construction Superintendent

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise field employees, subcontractors, and trade partners, including construction methods, staffing, materials, equipment, and schedules
• assist with preconstruction scheduling, budgeting, and site logistics
• understand drawings, details, specifications, and project processes
• oversee and mentor self-perform crews
• monitor jobsite documentation, reports, punch lists, schedules, labor hours, quantities, incidents, timesheets, RFIs, and field changes
• identify budget risks and develop contingency measures
• manage and forecast field general conditions and requirements
• when time permits, work alongside the crew and lead in a foreman role.
