The Onsite Floor Supervisor works onsite in Gap, PA, in a warehouse environment. Compensation is $17 per hour. What you'll do

• Serve as FOCUS’s primary presence on the warehouse floor
• supervise and support associates during the shift
• monitor attendance, call-offs, late arrivals, and staffing coverage
• conduct floor checks
• assist with onboarding, orientations, tours, and introductions
• communicate staffing needs and updates to management
• coordinate with client supervisors
• address employee questions and concerns
• monitor engagement and workplace expectations
• help move associates between departments
• maintain staffing, attendance, and activity reports
• support recruiting and hiring
• escalate performance, attendance, safety, or employee-relations concerns.
