Experience Designer Lead

The Experience Designer Lead role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two remote, in Pittsburgh, PA, the preferred location. Other listed location preferences are Philadelphia, PA; Strongsville, OH; and Dallas, TX. Pay is $55–$60 per hour. The role supports continuity of feature delivery across digital channels and active initiatives. The lead designer partners with designers, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to create simplified user experiences and customer journeys. By translating requirements into development-ready designs and communicating design decisions, the role supports timely delivery and reduces rework.

What you'll do

• Partner with designers and developers to create simplified user experiences and customer journeys across digital channels.
• Attend weekly product-team reviews, understand requirements, and deliver within deadlines.
• Review experiences with design leadership after product approval and ensure designs reflect reviews by legal, risk, and compliance partners.
• Lead design and prototyping of new or enhanced experiences and support design-system consistency.
