Production Engineer

What you'll do

• Support transformer-component production
• analyze bottlenecks and improve throughput and scrap
• standardize work instructions and production documentation
• improve layout and material flow
• troubleshoot manufacturing issues
• interpret drawings, bills of materials, and electrical schematics
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• support quality standards, audits, and testing
• lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives
• collaborate on maintenance, materials, and equipment improvements.
