Lead Coach and Sales Specialist

The Lead Coach and Sales Specialist role is onsite in Pflugerville, TX, and pays $16–$19 per hour. KidStrong’s programs help children through age 11 develop physical skills, confidence, and social abilities. The role combines outbound sales and lead management with hands-on coaching, supporting center growth and the delivery of athletic programming. It also helps maintain member relationships, class participation, and team standards.

What you'll do

• Make outbound sales calls and convert leads into trials and memberships
• communicate with prospective parents and follow up on inquiries
• manage front-desk sales tasks and trial check-ins
• coach eight to ten classes weekly
• engage children in age-appropriate physical programming
• support class scheduling and retention
• handle customer requests and administrative duties
• mentor coaching staff and assist with center targets.

Why this role
