Business Process Manager

The Business Process Manager role is onsite in Oro Valley, AZ, with Monday–Friday normal business hours. Pay is $60–$70 per hour. System One provides outsourced services and workforce solutions; this position is a two-year contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment. The manager drives lean methods and continuous improvement across organizational processes. The role trains stakeholders, leads transformation initiatives, and helps improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and cost performance through measurable process changes.

What you'll do

• Develop business process strategy, process maps, and change-management frameworks
• lead lean or Six Sigma transformations
• train and upskill teams
• identify end-to-end improvement opportunities
• assess performance and root causes
• work with leadership and process owners
• document improvements and present reports on initiatives, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
