Inside Sales Representative, Rental Division

What you'll do

• Assist customers with equipment orders by phone and in person
• answer inquiries and quote rental rates and equipment prices
• handle customer issues
• coordinate with service and hauling teams
• schedule equipment delivery and pickup
• make and log daily outbound calls
• plan calls by territory and market
• maintain customer and phone records
• process rental agreements, invoices, and purchasing paperwork
• track inventory accuracy and missed opportunities
• organize the showroom.
