What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Engineering or General Manager in leading the engineering team
• oversee building maintenance and life-safety functions
• manage HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related equipment
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• organize and oversee repairs
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• support hotel construction handoff, punch lists, and FF&E installation
• train and develop team members
• maintain a safe work environment.
